Le - Vanza Herbals LLP Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are allowed without any question asked.
If you want to cancel the order, Please do it within 3 hours from the time of order. After 3 hours, the order is forwarded for dispatching and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy — Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy — Return Requests will be considered in the following cases only:
(a) In case of Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept product(s) with tampered seal) or defective products: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition. Immediately notify our Customer Care team at [email protected] and our team will inspect the problem. We will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.
(b) In case contents of products received do not match the products order: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, immediately notify our Customer Care team at [email protected]. We will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products.
(c) Product(s) delivered are past or near its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)

REFUND

We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 7-15 working days to get it credited / reflected in your bank or credit card account statement as this involves inter-bank refund procedures which may take time.
* Le – Vanza Herbals LLP reserve the right to change or update above policy at any time by placing a notice on the website. Such changes or updated shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
*In case of a technical glitch while placing the order, Le – Vanza Herbals LLP reserves all rights in its sole discretion to cancel or reject an order.
* Le – Vanza Herbals LLP deserves all rights to reject any orders placed without assigning any reason.
* In case of a wrong product being delivered, the cost will be borne by Le – Vanza Herbals LLP (in both online payment and COD).
* But in the case of a customer deciding to cancel after placing an order, the customer has to bear the shipping price only (if the payment is done through COD or online)
