Return Policy

Return Policy — Return Requests will be considered in the following cases only:
(a) In case of Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept product(s) with tampered seal) or defective products: Do not worry, if, upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition. Immediately notify our Customer Care team at care@levanzafoodandherbals.com and our team will inspect the problem. We will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products.
(b) In case contents of products received do not match the products order: Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, immediately notify our Customer Care team at care@levanzafoodandherbals.com. We will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products.
(c) Product(s) delivered are past or near its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)
